Miranda
Raised in Cold Lake, AB, Miranda gained a passion for makeup at the age of 13. She has traveled abroad for many years before moving to Vancouver, BC to pursue her dream as a makeup artist for film and television. She is a 2021 alumni of Vancouver Film School. Completing the one year, full time Make Up Design for Film and Television program, graduating with honors and receiving an achievement award. She has a wide variety of skills from basic corrective and beauty, to the fabrication of prosthetics and masks. She has set experience as a Makeup and Hair Head of Department, and is always willing to learn and improve her skills.
She is currently working as a makeup artist in Calgary, Alberta and recently became an IATSE 212 permittee within the makeup and property departments.

Basic corrective, beauty, glamour, fashion, bridal, out-of-kit fx, tattoo cover, designing/creating tattoo transfers, hair laying, ventilating lace pieces, bald caps, de-aging and aging, airbrushing, fabrication of prosthetics (gelatin, foam latex, silicone, bondo transfers), over-the-head latex masks, teeth detailing, making veneers, dentures, and caps, basic wig and hair styling, and photoshop design.
